Entry and approval
Fees apply per approved event entry. Submitting an entry does not guarantee a place. Organisers approve individual entries. Waiting-list entries are not yet payable.
Payment
The payment period begins after approval and is at least 72 hours. Overdue amounts remain due; places are not automatically released. This version only permits simulated or Stripe test payments.
Withdrawal before the deadline
Before the official entry deadline, withdrawn entries incur no fee. Fees already paid for those entries are refundable, including individual entries within a group. Stripe refund progress is displayed separately.
Withdrawal after the deadline
Withdrawal remains possible after the official deadline. Fees for approved entries remain payable; paid fees are not refunded. The entry is removed from the public list.
Changes
Details may be corrected until the official deadline. To change events, withdraw the existing entry and submit a new entry for review. This does not automatically guarantee a place in the new event.
